Having Trouble with Payment?
Try These Tips

If you're experiencing issues completing your payment, please follow these steps:

Check the “Foreign Card” box
This removes the requirement to enter an Israeli ID number. Payments cannot be processed unless this box is checked.
Leave the “ID/Company Number” field empty
Due to a known issue, please skip this field (located under “Mobile Number”). Filling it out may block the transaction.
Disable auto-fill plugins
Browser plug-ins that auto-populate form fields can cause errors. Try turning them off or entering your details manually.
Try a different web browser
Sometimes switching browsers (e.g., from Safari to Chrome) resolves the issue.
Use a credit card, not a debit card
If payment fails with a debit card, try using a credit card instead.
American Express may not work
Unfortunately, some American Express cards are not supported by our payment system.
Switch devices if needed
If you’re using a mobile phone, try completing the payment from a laptop or desktop computer.

Each box contains 40 high-quality cards (A5 size – 5.8 x 8.2 inches / 14.8 x 21 cm, printed on 350 gsm / 130 lb paper with a water-repellent finish).
