Having trouble completing your payment?
Try these tips:

  1. Check the “Foreign Card” box - This removes the requirement to enter an Israeli ID number. 

  2. Leave the “ID/Company Number” field empty - Please skip this field (located under “Mobile Number”).

  3. Disable auto-fill plugins - Browser plug-ins that auto-populate form fields can cause errors. Try turning them off or entering your details manually.

  4. Try a different web browser - Sometimes switching browsers (e.g., from Safari to Chrome) resolves the issue.

  5. Use a credit card, not a debit card - If payment fails with a debit card, try using a credit card instead.

  6. American Express may not work - Unfortunately, some American Express cards are not supported by our payment system.

  7. Switch devices if needed - If you’re using a mobile phone, try completing the payment from a laptop or desktop computer.
